Dan Ellinor is chief operating officer-elect of BOK Financial, a top 25 U.S. based financial services company, and will begin his new position at the beginning of 2014. In his current role as senior executive vice president, Ellinor’s responsibilities include management of Bank of Oklahoma Commercial Banking, Bank of Arkansas, Bank of Albuquerque, Bank of Arizona, and Energy and Commercial Real Estate practice areas. He is also responsible for TransFund, the eighth largest ATM network in the U.S.
Ellinor joined BOK Financial in 2003, after serving in several senior level positions in the Texas banking industry over a span of 20 years.
Very active in the community, Ellinor served as the chairman of the board of the Tulsa Area United Way in 2011 and served as the campaign chairman in 2010. He continues to serve on that board, as well as on the board for Tulsa Community Foundation, Philbrook Museum of Art, Community Action Project of Tulsa, and is a trustee of Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
Throughout his career, Ellinor has served in leadership positions at a number of charitable organizations, including the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, Dallas Citizens Council, Dallas Housing Authority and was chairman of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
